This modern villa is fully equipped, providing all guests a wide range of facilities, it is fully air-conditioned, has stylish bedrooms for 10 guests with private balconies and 3 bathrooms, relaxing living spaces, surround-sound cinema, smart TVs, Sky TV. An italian “Pedini” designer kitchen along with some amazing indoor and outdoor areas, games and activities have been designed to keep all ages entertained.
The sunbathing areas have modern comfortable sun beds and patio furniture to help guest get the most for their relaxing days in the sun. Located less than 15 minutes walking distance to the beach, this villa has all the facilities and in a great location making it the ideal holiday home.
This villa operates a cleaning, disinfection and sanitization procedures, meeting the highest standards. Only available for April and May bookings: - a free dayboat experience - a free personal training session - a 50% off pool heating Please be aware: - a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking - when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person - a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking - Free WIFI available - pool heating: if available and desired at the property an additional 500 EUR will be charged (complimentary pool heating for Easter 2024*) Denominación comercial: Villa Ocean View - ETV/15348 ESFCTU0000070210000553810000000000000000000ETV/153489

Was für eine fantastische Villa! Der Meerblick von der Terrasse war einfach atemberaubend. Wir haben stundenlang im Whirlpool entspannt und die wunderschöne Umgebung genossen. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert für Familien!

Wat een fantastische villa! Het uitzicht op zee vanaf het terras was absoluut adembenemend, We hebben uren in de hot tub doorgebracht, terwijl we genoten van de prachtige omgeving, Deze plek is zeer aan te raden voor gezinnen!
