Cocoonr offers you this charming 160 m² house to rent in Guise.
It overlooks the keep of the château fort de Guise and can accommodate up to 8 people. It comprises a 50 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 500 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor: - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, dishwasher, hob, quartz worktop... - A dining room - Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: with two single beds (90x200) that can be joined together - A retro-style shower room (with shower) - Separate WC First floor: - A 50 m² living room with sofas, pool table with corks, overhead projector and board games available - Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 4: with two single beds (90x200) that can be joined together and a TV - A retro-style bathroom (with bath and WC) For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, cot, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A beautiful 500 m² garden with vegetable patch - A 30 m² terrace with furniture and a table tennis table to make the most of the fine weather! The house is ideally located in Guise, in very pleasant surroundings.
You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc. Activities : - Château Fort de Guise 2 km away - Walks and hikes in the surrounding area - Tasting of local produce - Canoeing and kayaking approx. 2 km away - Gastronomy fair (second weekend in November) Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle) and in the house's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Saint-Quentin SNCF station, about 27 km away - Nearest airport: Lille-Lesquin airport, 105 km away Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
