The new, comfortably furnished villa is located in Breg, a small village near Labin, situated above the coastal town of Rabac. At the end of a cul-de-sac, idyllically situated in the countryside, you can feel completely undisturbed and enjoy your peace and privacy. The 1400 m2 plot is surrounded by meadows, fields and vineyards and cannot be seen from the outside. In addition to a private swimming pool (7 x 10 m) with sun terrace and deckchairs, it also offers a covered terrace with outdoor barbecue and dining area. The numerous family-friendly pebble beaches of Rabac (approx. 5 km) as well as romantic natural bays on the east coast of Istria can be reached by car in a few minutes. Shopping facilities, restaurant and everything else for your daily needs can be found in Labin, whose old town is also worth a visit and is about 5 km away from the property.

Ein wunderschönes gepflegtes Haus (mit Sommerküche) mit allem ausgestattet, was eventuell gebraucht werden könnte.
Die Gastfamilie war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht und überraschte uns mit Präsenten. Rundum empfehlenswert!
