The Villas Fleurs de Canne are ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends! The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you the Villa paille in a calm and relaxing environment, with a view over the cane fields.
It has all the comforts you need for an unforgettable stay: 3 bedrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, linen provided, private swimming pool, terrace and garden. The 150 m² villa is set in 750 m² of enclosed grounds planted with trees, and has its own private swimming pool (6x3m): - Living room with sofa, TV (satellite channels), Wifi - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. - Air-conditioned bedroom 1 with Queen-size bed (160x200) - Air-conditioned bedroom 2 with Queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 3 air-conditioned with Queen-size bed (160x200) - 2 shower rooms - 1 separate WC Outside area : - Large covered terrace, BBQ. - Garden area - Private swimming pool The villa is ideally located in Saint-François, in a very pleasant environment.
All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. Neighbourhoods and activities : - Grocery shop and petrol station - Shops and market in Saint-François - Around 5 km from one of Guadeloupe's most beautiful beaches - Water sports activities - Pointe des Châteaux, a magnificent peninsula A wide range of sporting and cultural activities: - Golf, tennis, water sports (marina nearby) - Walking, cycling or hiking - Casino If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - 5 min by car from the town of Saint-François. - 15 min from the Pointe des Châteaux site. - Nearest airport: Pointe-à-Pitre airport, about 45 minutes by car. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels provided. - Cot available on request. - 1ᵉʳ breakfast included. - Presence of surveillance cameras outside the house (terrace and garden). Only operate when the villa is unoccupied. - End of stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
