The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this pretty farmhouse for rent in Trégunc, between Concarneau and Pont-Aven, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside just 6 km from the sea! The house, which sleeps 4, comprises a living room with exposed beams and fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with bathtub.
Thanks to the large 1-hectare garden, you'll be surrounded by greenery.

Bed linen and towels included. The 80 m² detached house is located entirely on the first floor, adjoining the owners' house. The accommodation is composed as follows: Living space : - Large, charming living room with exposed beams and fireplace.

The sitting area features sofas, a coffee table and TV, all around the stone fireplace.
The family dining table is perfect for convivial meals. - Separate fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, 5-burner gas stove, gas oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher... A dining table will allow you to enjoy a second dining area. Sleeping area - Bedroom 1: double bed (140 x 190 cm), wardrobe, garden view - Bedroom 2: two single beds, chest of drawers, large windows overlooking the garden - Bathroom with bath, washbasin, hairdryer, storage space. - Separate WC Exterior: - Large one-hectare garden around the property, shared with the owners and equipped with 2 chiliennes. - Wooden picnic table for outdoor meals and aperitifs. The house is ideally located in Trégunc, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Pont-Aven museum - Concarneau Fishing Museum and Marinarium - Water sports (surfing, sailing, diving) - Departures from Trévignon and Concarneau for the Glenan Islands - Trévignon fishing port: daily sale of freshly caught fish and shellfish - Coastal town with many coastal paths - Tours organized by the tourist office to discover dolmens and menhirs - Guided tours to discover the coastline, flora and fauna Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park in the house's private parking lot. For other means of transport, here's some information: - Bus service to Concarneau, 1.5 km from the house, every day (Friday morning market in Concarneau). - The nearest train station is Rosporden, 17 km away.
