The Cocoonr/Bok&Pay agency offers this charming 75 m² house for rent in Val en Vignes, the ideal pied-à-terre for a peaceful stay in contact with nature.
The accommodation can comfortably accommodate 6 travelers and features three bedrooms, a bathroom with separate toilet, and a large south-facing living room.
There's also a 100 m² garden with garden furniture and barbecue.

The accommodation: The house is part of a farmhouse and is presented as follows: - Entrance hall - Living room with two sofas and TV - Separate and equipped kitchen: fridge, hotplates, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery - Two dining areas with table for 4 people: one in the kitchen, the other in the living room - Two bedrooms each with a double bed 140 cm x 190 cm - A third bedroom with two single beds - Bathroom with shower - WC Outside: - Garden of 100 m2 furnished with garden furniture and barbecue - The accommodation is close to the farm, possibility to see the farm animals Ideally located close to amenities, 5km from shops.
Activities : - Hiking trails, pretty little wine village 2 kilometers away. - Karting circuit 8 kilometers away - Maulévrier Oriental Park, 25 minutes away - Visit Saumur, its Mushroom Museum and Castle - Futuroscope park 1h15 from accommodation Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park in the house parking lot.
For other modes of transport: - Nearest train station: Thouars train station, 25 min by car. - Nearest airport: Nantes airport, 1h30 by car Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are only provided for stays of less than 8 nights.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires très sympathiques et avons passé un agréable séjour, avec beaucoup de découvertes dans les environs , le gîte est au calme et les propriétaires se sont montrés très discrets, nous recommandons ce gîte pour passer de bonnes vacances.
