With a surface area of 51 m² and located on the ground floor (not overlooked), it has a small terrace, a private entrance, a kitchen area, a lounge area, a shower room and a bedroom.
Bed linen and towels are included - we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - Living area with double sofa bed, coffee table and TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, hob, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, etc. - Dining area with double sofa bed - One bedroom with 1 double bed, bedside tables and storage cupboard, shower room with shower, washbasin and mirror - Separate shower room with shower, washbasin and mirror - Separate WC Outside : - Terrace with table and chairs For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.
The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house free of charge.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Toulouse Matabiau station, about 12 minutes by car (3.1 km). - Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac airport, about 7 min by car (6 km) - 5 min walk from Capitole Line A metro station - 7 min from Jean-Jaurès station, lines A and B.

Bien localisé, jardinet agréable, lumineux, lits confortables, au calme, propriétaire réactif et sympathique. Un tout petit bémol, un manque d'équipement en cuisine.

Appartement conforme à l'annonce dans un cartier très calme. On peut facilement arriver en centre ville par transport commun ou en velò. Nous avons utilisé les service de velo de ville qui est tres pratique!

Le Pastel "Zona tranquila, cercana al centro de Toulouse
🙂 La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del centro pero en un barrio tranquilo. La casa está muy bien en general.
🙁 El baño es un poco incómodo y le falta ventilación."
