Situated on the ground floor, with a few steps leading up to the building entrance, it has a floor area of 41 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. It comprises a living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a terrace. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, with the beds made up on your arrival.
We’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A living room with a double sofa bed, coffee table and TV - A fully fitted kitchen and dining area, including: electric kettle, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee machine… - A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) - A shower room with shower and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: dishwasher, hairdryer, washing machine, iron... Outside: - A small terrace with outdoor furniture The flat is ideally situated in Nantes, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Neighbourhood and things to do: - From the flat, you can hear the Elephant at Les Machines de l’Île bellow! - Ideally situated on the slopes of Butte Sainte-Anne, you can look out over the Loire and enjoy a lovely panoramic view of Nantes. - This is one of the favourite neighbourhoods among the people of Nantes, with its village-like atmosphere reminiscent of Montmartre and the peace and quiet that reigns there.
You’ll find all the shops you need just a short walk away. - The Jules Verne Museum and the Planetarium are just a 3-minute walk away, and soon the famous ‘Arbre aux Hérons’ will be right next door... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby public car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Nantes railway station, approximately 16 minutes’ drive away (4.5 km) - Nearest airport: Nantes Airport, approximately 18 minutes’ drive away (11 km) The Mosaik accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival.
You will be met on arrival by a member of our team, who will show you round the flat, explain how everything works and hand over the keys.

Maison et endroit au calme à proximité du centre ville.
Et l'on arrive assez facilement à trouver une place pour l'auto.
Equipement intérieur, petites choses à revoir :
- Télévision (il y a 2 télécommandes différentes ?, l'accès aux chaînes est difficile, et le son reste trop faible).
- Mettre le code WIFI en évidence, on n'a pas trouvé !
- L'éclairage : il y a 3 spots dans la pièce principale qui ne fonctionnent pas....

The apartment was the right size and location for my needs. It was comfortably furnished and clean. The host was actually an agency and the representative was helpful on arrival. However, not everything in the apartment was as it should have been; one of the blinds was not working (it was not till the middle of my stay that it was fixed) and the appliances were not plugged in.

Mosaik L’appartement est à retaper ! Moisissures dans la douche, finitions mal faites, traces profondes dans les murs, volet roulant de la cuisine hs, plaques de cuissons défectueuses… le ménage est bien fait mais l’état profond de l’appartement fait que l’on croit qu’il est sale. Pourtant l’endroit est parfait. Mais pour le prix, nous avons vraiment été déçues. Cela manque de confort
