Located at 5mn from the beach of Arcachon, this apartment, on the 1st floor of a residence in the city center, offers you all the necessary comfort by putting down your suitcases and taking advantage of everything on foot for a real restful and serene vacation! Fully equipped, it can comfortably accommodate 3 people.
Moreover, its 12 m² semi-sheltered terrace will allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet of your breakfasts and dinners.
Here is how Pause Bassin is composed: - A beautiful living room with a sofa bed, armchair and a flat screen television. - An open kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, induction cooker, small dishwasher for 4 people, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, rectangular table, 4 chairs). - A bedroom with a double bed, cupboards and closet. - A bathroom with shower, washbasin, washing machine, towel dryer. - Separate toilet.
Big plus in season: a parking space completes this accommodation! (at about 400 m from the accommodation, 3 min walk, just next to the market, electric opening with beep) ATTENTION this place does not allow to park big cars! Activities: You are in the heart of all the shops, Leclerc at 200m Boulevard of the beach, restaurants and bars in front of the sea, the famous market at 5mn, the Thiers pier for the departures of shuttles towards the Cap Ferret, the island to the birds, the visit impossible to circumvent of the Park Mauresque, the Dune of Pyla, without forgetting the huts with oysters around the port of La Teste, the port of Gujan....
Welcome to the Basin! Transportation : - Nearest train station: Arcachon at 6 minutes by foot. - Nearest airport : Bordeaux at 56 minutes by car.
Other remarks : - Free Wifi available. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and beds are made upon arrival.

L’appartement est très confortable. Il est très bien situé en plein centre ville et à proximité de la plage. Il est propre et accueillant avec une décoration soignée.
J’aurai souhaité pouvoir libérer l’appartement un peu plus tard que l’horaire de 10 heures

Un séjour idéal pour quelques jours à Arcachon. L’appartement est en plein centre, ce qui est parfait pour tout faire à pied (je n’avais pas de voiture). La gare est à 7 min à pied. Le vrai plus pour moi qui ne partait que quelques jours, fut les différentes prestations en plus comme le linge de li...
