The outdoor area of the villa offers guests an outdoor heated pool of 15 m2 with a waterfall, jacuzzi, sun loungers, gas grill and outdoor shower. There is a jacuzzi on the fourth floor balcony.

On the ground floor of the villa is a fitness room with a sauna and modern gym.
