This is a lovely studio apartment with balcony, conveniently located just few mintes walking distance from the Old Town, beach, restaurants and shops.
Studio is set on the second floor of a traditional stone made residential house and has it's own private entrance. Studio features, small balcony, kitchenette with dining area, bedroom with double bed, shower room and toilet.
Amenities include: AC, Cable TV, free Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and well equipped kitchenette with microwave, stove, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
There is one flight of stairs leading up from the main street to the property entrance gate.
The apartment is well positioned within a short walking distance from all main attractions, beaches, restaurants and shops. The nearest beach is Sulic located approximately 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment while the famous Banje beach is only 15-20 minutes away. The nearest grocery store is located at Pile gate, the main entrance to the Old Town, only 4 minutes walking distance.
Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area.

For larger groups Studio Amy can be combined with next door apartment, The Loft, to accommodate up to 6 guests altogether.
*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.
