The two-room apartments are located near the beach made up of multicolored pebbles and sand.
Bagnaia, in addition to offering breathtaking views, is one of the best equipped beaches on the island of Elba thanks to the numerous services offered: sailing school, bars, restaurants and the bathing establishment with the possibility of renting umbrellas and deck chairs. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it. Apartment 2/4 beds Two-room apartment located in a comfortable and quiet area with a lovely outdoor area surrounded by greenery and equipped for dining, perfect for relaxing with your family.
Rosmarino is composed of a living area with equipped kitchenette, fridge with freezer, TV and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower cabin and a double bedroom. Location information: - quiet area; about 600 m from the beach Furnishing type: - Good Services inside the apartment: - TV; refrigerator with freezer; washing machine Services outside the apartment: - equipped outdoor space; private parking space Important Notes: - Small pets are allowed with a cleaning supplement of €30. - deposit (mandatory): 150 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm) - bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site - check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid Information for key collection: Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006.
