Villa very close to the famous Procchio beach that consists in two semi-independent solutions: on the ground floor there is the accommodation of the owner, while the accommodation on the first floor is available as a two-family house.
The proximity to the small town allows you to have shops and food stores for every need.
Furthermore, the centre is particularly lively in summer and full of cultural and musical events. Location information: - Immediate vicinity of Procchio and the beach, a quiet area, very lively in summer Distances: from Marina di Campo: 5 km - from Marciana Marina: 8 km - from Portoferraio: 12 km - Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri: about 21 km Distances from the beaches: - from the sea: 1 km - from the center: 850 meters from the center of Procchio - from the Campo beach in The Hague: 1.3 km - from the Spartaia Beach: 2 km - from the Paolina Beach: 3 km Semi-detached house located on the first floor of a large building. Inside it is composed of a large well-furnished living room with fireplace and dining area; a kitchenette and a bathroom equipped with an exclusive shower cubicle with hydromassage, chromotherapy and radio.
The house offers 7 beds: double bedroom with an extra bed, double / twin bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together. The structure also boasts a small pine forest for exclusive use equipped with sofas, armchairs and a table where you can relax in the cool even on the hottest summer days. Type of furniture: - good Services inside the apartment: - washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooker, electric oven, Caffitaly espresso machine-sistem, sat-tv, wi-fi, hydromassage and chromotherapy shower, oven, camping cot. Services outside the apartment: - private parking with 2 parking spaces - outdoor shower with hot water Important Notes: - groups of children under 25 years of age are not permitted - check-in in our offices from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid - only small/medium sized pets allowed, with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros * the courtyard and pine forest are shared, animals cannot be left free unless supervised by their owners - as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside - deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm) - bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Grosser Garten der umzäunt war. Perfekt für unseren Hund.
Waschmaschine/Geschirrwaschmaschine
Im unteren Stock gibt es eine Einlegerwohnung. Die wird vom Besitzer genutzt. Zum Glück war er nur 2 Tage da. Sein Hund war sehr angriffig.
Das Haus liegt an der Hauptstrasse. Sehr laut aber da wir selten da waren kein Problem.
