Walking distance to the Beach and Restaurants. Layout The villa is set on one floor and has been cleverly designed to make the best possible use of any spaces both inside and outside. Entrance to the lounge/dining area is via the main door by the pool terrace.
The kitchen and a shower room are on the right side of the lounge.
On the other side of the house, accessed via an arched corridor, the 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins) and main family bathroom are located. Living Room The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace. Kitchen The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven.
There is also a barbecue outside. Bedrooms Villa Ca Nostra has 3 Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. (Travel Crib and Highchair available for free.) Bathrooms Villa Ca Nostra has 2 Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 (Family Bathroom) bath with W/C. Bathroom 2 (Family Bathroom) has shower and W/C. Swimming Pool Private Pool Size: 8.5m x 4.0m Depths: Shallow End = 0.90m; Deep End = 1.75m Aspect: North-West Facing Pool Access: Roman Steps Additional Pool Features: Pergola, Sun Beds, Poolside Dining Area and Pool Shower. ---------------------- SECURITY DEPOSIT If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival. We had an amazing stay at Villa Ca Nostra, the pool and villa were a perfect size for us, the beds were comfy and the showers were good. A nice stroll in to Cala en Porter where there were plenty of decent restaurants. Also close to a bus stop to get to MahA³n or Alaior which was really easy.

We had a fabulous 10 days here, the house was spotless, charming and homely. The pool was perfect. Great location for local restaurant's. Friendly housekeeping / pool staff who popped in during the stay. We appreciated the fresh towels etc. First family villa holidayhappy memories made. Hope to return! Thank you.
