Villa Captain's house is newly built and offers a very comfortable stay in a stylish and fully equipped interior, with amazing views of a bay and crystal clear sea that you can only see on the islands.
The environment and neighborhood places are very unspoiled and you can indeed taste the typical easy Mediterranean way of living here.
Feel free to explore the bay, drive and research Maslenica, and Grohote, or find a perfect spot on one of the beautiful pebble beaches within the short drive distance (5-15min). A private 30smq pool with hydromassage, huge living, and dining room with a terrace, covered outdoor dining and lounge area, Table tennis, Trampoline, and spectacular sea views from every corner of the property.
Fully airconditioned with free WiFi. Villa is furnished with love, with high-quality materials, offering a nice and cozy feeling for your romantic or family relaxation, this accommodation offers a perfect coastal getaway. * The outdoor area offers a private 30sqm heated pool (8m x 3,7m) that has a hydro massage system and 8 deck chairs at the sun deck area and jacuzzi.
There is a fully equipped summer kitchen with a traditional barbecue, fridge, dishwasher, TV, dining table, and lounge area, both covered in front of the pool area.
A few steps down takes you to a playground with a trampoline and table tennis. * The ground floor level offers 3 bedrooms with a direct approach to the pool area.
Bedroom No1 with double bed 160x200cm, air-conditioned en-suite bathroom with shower and exit toward the pool area.
Bedroom No2 with double bed 160x200cm, air-condition, and Family bathroom with shower in the hallway for Bedroom No2. Bedroom No 3 with double bed 160x200cm, air-condition, en suite bathroom with shower.
From bedrooms No1 and No3, you have a pool view and a direct approach to the pool area.
There is also a laundry with a washing machine and a dryer. * Internal staircase takes you to the first floor that offers an opened plan living room and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a huge terrace with deck chairs and open sea views.
There is also a fireplace, a TV, PS4, and glass walls with amazing sea views.

From this level, you are approaching the parking level and main entrance to the villa. Important notes: Bookings cannot be accepted by persons under 23 years of age at the time of booking, in terms to avoid youth groups.

The nearest shopping possibility is 500m away, the restaurant is 100 m and the town center Grohote is 6,5 km where you have a doctor, pharmacy, bank, etc., a children's playground (300m) and a summer discotheque in Necujam (300 m). Split: railway station 25 km and airport 50 km.
You are approaching the property over a local road that is not busy at all, as all the roads on this island. Private parking is secured in front of the house for 2 cars.
Captain's House is located on the island Solta in Necujam Bay with crystal blue waters, 70 meters from the sea, and only 40 minutes from Split via ferry (very good ferry connection). When you arrive in Rogac (ferry stop in Solta), you are at a villa in 15 minutes of an easy and picturesque drive. It is worth taking one-day trips or some kind of exploration adventure. Some popular places on the island include Grohote, Stomorska, and Maslinica. Everywhere you go, you can find beautiful secluded bays that are filled with hidden beaches and are great for bathing, snorkeling, swimming, fishing, etc.

Overall my first stay at Solta was just amazing.
The Island in mid of september is just lovely.
It is really relaxing and quiet but the services are still fine.
Sanja & Eugene are very nice hosts and supportive to their guests.
The Villa it self, the inventory and the view is gorgeous.
Even better and more than we expected.
We had a brilliant time

Amazing house, amazing place - really has a luxurious feel. If you want to unwind this is the place to do that! Watch the sunset over the hills and the boats coming in/out of the bay from the hot tub or the balcony. Miss it already. Sanja was a great host & very helpful.
