This charming familiy apartment for 3 persons ( 2 adults + 1 child ) is located on the 1. floor of Villa Romana with a beautiful view on the city and port of Vrsar.
Apartment Kata consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a dining area.
There's an exit from the living room to a balcony where you can enjoy in a beautiful view of the sea and the city promenade.
The apartment has one air conditioned bedroom and bathroom with shower. The apartment is located 50 meter from the sea and promenade in Vrsar , in a very quiet zone but still very close to the sea and beaches.
Furthermore, in the immediate vicinity of the apartment you can find several restaurants, bars and pizzerias.
There are 2 privat parking spaces in front of the property which is included in rental price.
A first beach is located 300 meters from the Villa Romana Apartments.
Next to the beach there is a grassy area suitable for sunbathing, sandy beach volleyball and other sports and recreation.

Die Ferienwohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Tolle Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung. Zentral am Hafen gelegen trotzdem ruhig. Sehr schöner Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Hafen.
