Apartments Kordic are located in Barbat on the beautiful Croatian island of Rab. Located only 70 meters from the nearest beach, these comfortable apatments are the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday with family and friends.
The four nicely furnished apartments offer free WiFi, air-conditioning, private parking and a lovely shared garden filled with Mediterranean plants with a grill at the guests' disposal.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Two bedroom apartment B is located on the first floor and consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances and cooking utensils (stove, water kettle, refrigerator, coffee machine), a connected dining and living area with a sofa bed for an additional person, satellite TV and air-conditioning, and a bathroom with a shower.
One of the bedrooms and the living room have an exit to a spacious furnished balcony with a sea view.
Stay at this nice apartment near the sea and spend a memorable vacation on the island of Rab. Payment policy Payments are non-refundable. All transaction fees are owed by the guest and must be paid by him. Parties can agree on different payment term`s, which arrangement must be made in written and confirmed by both parties via e-mail or another way in written form. After the payment has been made, the Agency shall issue an invoice for the paid amount and a voucher for a confirmed booking. Guest shall pay the remaining amount of the booking in accordance with payment policy applicable to the booking. If the Guest does not follow payment instructions the Agency reserves the right to cancel the booking and the Guest will not be refunded for any payment received. Deposit policy In order to confirm a booking, the Guest must pay 30% of gross booking price along with all transaction fees. Cancelation policy If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Barbat is a quaint little town right after the ferry port. Surrounded by pebble beaches it is known for its fishermen supplying local restaurants. We emplore you to try the famous Kvarner prawn or at least some of the locally grown vegetables.
Famous for its shipbuilders, Barbat is loved among the nautical crowd, while land lovers can enjoy an interesting excursion to the early christian military fort on top of mount St. Damjan.
Barbat has its fiera "Karmenica" which falls on the 16th of July and is well known for its gastro delights.
It is connected to the Old Town by a 6 km long seaside promenade, ideal for a morning bike ride or a jog if you like that kind of thing.
