The simply but lovely furnished Apartment Barica is ideal for up to 2 persons.
It is located on the ground floor and consists of a bedroom with double bed and a terrace entrance.
The kitchen has a toaster, coffee machine, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, kitchen utensils and a dinning area for 2 persons.
The guests also have a patio with sitting area overlooking the garden, ideal for a breakfast.
The guests have also a private parking in the yard of the house on their disposal.
The first beach is only few minutes away from the apartment.
The apartment is on the edge of the city center so it is offering the guests a relaxing holiday away from the city noise, but at the same time closeness to beaches, shops, restaurants, coffees bars, harbour and the night life of Vrsar.
The location also offers you the possibility to make day trips to the famous tourist destinations such as Pula, Porec and Rovinj, but also to any other popular tourist locations in the Istria. Payment policy Payments are non-refundable. All transaction fees are owed by the guest and must be paid by him. Parties can agree on different payment term`s, which arrangement must be made in written and confirmed by both parties via e-mail or another way in written form. After the payment has been made, the Agency shall issue an invoice for the paid amount and a voucher for a confirmed booking. Guest shall pay the remaining amount of the booking in accordance with payment policy applicable to the booking. If the Guest does not follow payment instructions the Agency reserves the right to cancel the booking and the Guest will not be refunded for any payment received. Deposit policy In order to confirm a booking, the Guest must pay 30% of gross booking price along with all transaction fees. Cancelation policy If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Vrsar - one of the most beautiful hilly cities in Istria located north of Lim Bay. The view from the hill is really great - 18 beautiful "floating" islands under the warm sun will inspire you. Sehr nette Vermieterin, gut gelegen in einer Seitenstraße, sehr ruhig, zu Fuß in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt Vrsar und in 15 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Vor dem Haus ist bei dem Apartment eine kleine Terrasse unter einem ca. 25 Jahre alten Olivenbaum, wo man sich entspannen und essen kann.

Bellissimo e accogliente perfetto per una vacanza in coppia o con bambini o amici. Bellissimo pulito colorato amabile molti dettagli che fanno la differenza vicino al centro ma anche appartato. Bene per i ciclisti e gli amanti della natura. April 2022

Dobra lokacija, blizu plaže in starega dela mesta. Zelo prijetno urejen studio, v katerem smo se takoj počutili domače.Wi-fi ni tako dobro deloval.
