Apartment Alida A3 is located a quiet neighbourhood situated in the northern part of Poreč, 1km away from the city center and the sea.
It can accommodate up to six persons and it is located on the second floor.
The apartment consist of two double bed bedrooms and each one has its balcony with a seating garniture.
There's also a bathroom with a shower.
In the main living area you can find well enquiped modern kitchen with kitchen utensils and all the necessary cooking appliances - a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, etc; a dining area, a couch and a TV.
The couch can be used as additional bed for additional guests.
Outside there's a seating area under the shadow of a kiwi tree - perfect for enjoying in a warm summer evenings with your family and friends.
Private parking place is at your disposal.
Nearest supermarket is only 600m from the apartment.
Restaurant is also close, only 400m away.

Poreč - one of the most famous tourist destinations in Istria and Croatia. The city, which is almost two thousand years old, is located in the harbor protected by the island Sveti Nikola from the sea. It counts about 20,000 inhabitants. Poreč region has widespread coast 37 km long, from the Mirna River near Novigrad in the north to Funtana and Vrsar in the south. Nearby is the cave Baredine, the only open geological monument in Istria and Lim, fjord-like bay that enters in the 12 km and was created due to the effects of river Pazinčica. The landscape has a rich Mediterranean vegetation, with forests of pine trees and green bushes. Today, Poreč area is famous for the production of organic food, olives, grapes, variety of quality wines such as Malvasia, Gamay, Merlot, Pinot and Teran.

Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich. Klimaanlage.
Die Parkplätze sind sehr eng, mein Auto wurde von anderen Kunden zerkratzt. Der Ort ist sehr laut. Die Steckdosen waren ohne Strom.

Rosana ist eine wirklich liebe Gastgeberin die eine wirklich niedliches Apartment für 2 Personen anbietet. Der Check in ist sehr unkompliziert. Wir hatten zwei schöne Terrassen direkt unter Kiwibäumen und die Altstadt Porec ist in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Everything was super clean, it was spacious and had great outdoor spaces for relaxing. It was very easy to reach the Poreč city centre (possible by foot also) as well as the sea and beach. We would definitely recommend!
