This great detached holiday home is located in a quiet area in the village of Ripenda Kras. The road to the house is a private road, so there is hardly any traffic. Enjoy your holidays in this beautiful house with your family or friends. The total area of the house is 129m² and the size of the garden is 1500m². From this lovely holiday home you have a wonderful view of the historic town of Labin. Here you will really enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace, because the house is situated on a hill, surrounded by greenery and other holiday homes.
The furnishings are of good quality and modern, and the attractive outdoor pool with sun loungers offers you additional comfort and luxury. The large, well-kept garden with barbecue area invites you to relax and unwind, or read a good holiday book in the shade of the trees.
The house consists of a ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a hallway, a living room with sofa bed (for two people), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with seating for 8 people and a shower room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with shower and a storage room.
The nearby town of Labin hosts many concerts, exhibitions and theatre performances during the summer months. Visit the popular town of Rabac, which invites you to linger with its beaches, waterfront promenade and many cafés, bars and restaurants. We recommend trying the local culinary specialities, which are evidence of a particularly tasty cuisine. You can also savour the honey schnapps Medenica for the 'fairer' and Biska for the 'stronger' sex.
If you want to bring pets, you must ask the landlord.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Es war wunderschön. Einziges Problem war die Sauberkeit. Schokolade unter dem Sofa, plus Verpackungsmaterial. Das gleiche im Bettkasten. Unter dem Nachtschrank viel Dreck und Socken lagen überall rum. Drinnen und drausen. Die Kommunikation hat eigentlich gut gekla...
