The apartment also has a large, modern bathroom with a shower, WC, sink with a cupboard underneath and a mirror, and a living room with a contemporary décor, satellite TV, a dining area with six chairs and a pull-out sofa bed for two people, if just this apartment is rented and not the whole house. A cot can be provided on request free of charge. All rooms have wireless Internet access. In summer 2016 a reversible air conditioning unit may be built into this apartment.
