The garden is completely fenced, so that children and dogs can run around the house freely. Bicycles can be hired about 300 metres from the house next to the playing barn. Cats are not allowed.

The property is situated right by the North Sea embankment, a few minutes’ walk from the North Sea lagoon, the grassy beach in Burhave and the playing barn. The centre of Butjadingen-Burhave, with many restaurants and shops, is easy to get to on foot or by bike. The proximity to the North Sea embankment is a good starting point for extensive walks or cycle tours along the Butjadingen coast. It is just a few minutes’ wall from the house to the dog beach and a designated dog meadow behind the playing barn, where dogs can run around freely.
