Barbecue area under the shade of the walnut trees and next to a continuous and very fresh water fountain, with several tables and chairs for about 20 people. You can park 5 or 7 cars without any problem. Jacuzzi for 6 people with hot water up to 42º. Orchard with fruit trees of about 10.000 m2. Outside area partially fenced, with metal access gate.

The ground floor, adapted for people with reduced mobility of about 60 m², consists of the following rooms: a spacious living room with fireplace and air conditioning, Smart-TV, L-shaped sofa bed for 4 persons; a bedroom next to the living room with a double bed of 1,50x1,90 m; a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with induction hobs, oven, microwave, Tassimo capsule coffee machine, toaster, blender, dishwasher, fridge freezer; bedroom with two single beds of 0,90x1,90 m as well as an adapted bathroom with a large shower and toilet with grab bars. On the ground floor there is also a utility room with washing machine and another bathroom with shower and bidet. The beach is 1.30 hours away, Cordoba 1 hour, Granada 1 hour, Seville 2 hours and a half, the village 5 minutes, Supermarkets 5 minutes, Hospital 30 minutes. There are restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the village of Carcabuey at 4 km or in the village of Priego de Cordoba at 7 km. There are hiking trails from the house through the mountains and river near the house.

The house has a bathroom on the ground floor and a double bedroom adapted for people with reduced mobility. From the main road to the house, there is a 400 m long dirt track that is practically flat and in very good condition. In the house we have 2 travel cots, in case you need them. We could offer you the possibility of booking mountain bikes, as there are several routes in the area that can be done.
