Welcome to our cosy chalets and flats in Sölden, a true paradise for lovers of the Alps. From December 2025, not only a heated outdoor pool with waterfall and a whirlpool await you, but also a sauna, a steam bath and a relaxation area with a few surprises to make your holiday unforgettable. Our accommodation, furnished in a modern Alpine style, is the perfect getaway to switch off from everyday life and is also the ideal starting point for adventures in the great outdoors.
Inside, you can expect a combination of elegance and alpine tradition, which is reflected in the high-quality furnishings with Ötztal old wood. Our chalets and flats offer you high-quality box-spring beds for restful nights, a fully equipped kitchen for culinary discoveries, and beautiful bathrooms with rain showers that leave nothing to be desired. The spacious layout and bright furnishings invite you to linger and relax.
Outside, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Ötztal mountains from the terrace or balcony. Our terrace is perfectly equipped with chairs and tables so that you can enjoy the sun and fresh air to the full in the warmer months. The outdoor area of our chalets not only offers peace and relaxation, but also practical support for your adventures thanks to the included amenities such as the electric charging station and the bike cellar with workbench and washing area.
The unrivalled location of our accommodation allows you to immerse yourself directly in the heart of the Ötztal. In winter we are right next to the ski slopes for unlimited skiing fun, and in summer right at the entrance to Sölden's hiking and biking paradise. Het appartement is op de begane grond, geweldig ingericht met oog voor details en is super schoon.
Echter wat op geen enkele foto terug is te vinden is de aanwezigheid van een klimtoestel en een trampoline voor het appartement. Naast het feit dat hiermee het zicht op de mooie bergen wordt onderbrok...

Es war einfach nur toll. Die Unterkunft war unglaublich schön und hochwertig, dazu noch die tolle Lage mit sehr sympathischen Gastgebern. Die Umgebung ist wahnsinnig schön und man kann aktiv sehr viel machen!
