There are two armchairs and seating in the bay window. This room also has a TV. The rooms can be used in different ways, as living, dining and sleeping rooms.

It is just eight direct tram stops to the city centre, about 20 minutes, and it is just as quick in the opposite direction on the same line to get to the Wienerwald. There are many good traditional inns and restaurants in the area, with well-priced food. On the street right next door there is a Heiner café and cake shop and there is a quality Italian icecream salon. There is a supermarket opposite and a pharmacy on the corner. The hosts are happy to provide information about art and culture.
