A car is not necessary. Casa "Graciela" is located in the district of La Mata, in the famous resort of Torrevieja, less than 10 minutes' walk from the wide sandy beach, widely regarded as the best beach in Spain. The completely renovated ground floor holiday flat consists of a living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The kitchen, which is open to the living room, is fully equipped with: electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, vegetable blender, dishes and all necessary kitchen utensils, as well as a hair dryer, washing machine, iron, ironing board and folding clothes rack. The living room has an LCD TV with satellite channels, as well as Wi-Fi access and air conditioning with cooling and heating. Linen, bath and beach towels, sun loungers and an umbrella are included. Meals can be taken at the kitchen table or on the terrace, where there is a large table with 4 chairs. At the back of the house (patio) there is a barbecue area with a brick barbecue. A parking space in the underground garage is also available.

Location description: La Mata is one of the most popular resorts for tourists. It is an ideal place for children and adults. There is a children's amusement park on the seafront promenade, open in high season. A few minutes from the house there is a beautiful park with pine trees and a small waterfall, which makes for very pleasant walks. You can enjoy good food and family fun at the Queen Mississippi restaurant.

If you decide to rent a car, you can visit many places of interest. Within 50 km we have Elche, Alicante, Murcia or Cartagena. If you choose the beauty of nature and the mountains, you can go to Guadalest and from there to the beautiful towns of Altea and Calpe.

For nature lovers, we recommend a trip to the natural park in Lo Pagán, where you will find suitable places to observe the numerous flamingo families, places to relax and numerous bicycle routes. In San Pedro del Pinatar you can enjoy mud baths, which have a relaxing, analgesic and soothing effect on skin diseases.

Those wishing to be active should take a trip to the Mar Menor, where there are water sports centres: jet skis, kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, SUP surfing, kayaking
