Our holiday homes of the Marx family are located in the most beautiful part of the approximately 30 km long Extertal in the Holiday Park Extertal. The Holiday Park Extertal is located between the Weserbergland Nature Park and the Teutoburg Forest Nature Park on the state border NRW to Lower Saxony, not far from the historic half-timbered towns of Rinteln, Hameln and Lemgo. This holiday area in scenic surroundings is far away from through traffic and yet easy to reach. Our holiday homes were built in 1994 in the Scandinavian style, and are very dear to us and our returning guests. Let yourself be enchanted by the beautiful landscape and stay during your holiday in a central location. Whether family holiday with children and dog, in a group with friends, or as a couple for two, for each cozy 5 rooms are available, including three bedrooms, a comfortable kitchen and an attractive bathroom, as well as a relaxing sauna and a cozy wood stove , The cottages are an ideal starting point for any activities, the exciting environment with many recreational opportunities is right on your doorstep. The holiday park Extertal is located on the edge of a nature reserve. Nestled in fields meadows and forests, it is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours. The forest of the Weserbergland starts right behind the houses. The houses of the Marx family are not suitable for fitters.
Differing cancellation conditions
until the 45. day prior arrival 10%, at least 25Euro; until the 30. day prior arrival 25%;until the 22. day prior arrival 50%; afterwards 80%; in case of a no-show 90% will be charged.
Tourist tax information
No visitor's tax is charged.
Important payment information and other conditions
Please note that the electricity will be charged on the spot according to consumption. In addition, a deposit of 150,00EUR is required upon arrival.
20% of the accommodation costs (total price + final cleaning + possible bed linen and towels + dog) on booking, as well as the remaining 80% of the accommodation costs 14 days before arrival. The deposit of 150,00 Euro brings the guest in cash, from this will be deducted on departure, the cost of electricity according to consumption. The balance is then paid out again.

Die zuverlässige Kommunikation des Vermieters war hervorragend. Im Haus Merle fühlt sich Mensch und Tier wohl. Zum wandern super. Highlight war für uns die Sauna.
