Information about the host
Our house is located in a well-kept residential area in Grabenstätt, district Winkl. Connection to public transport as well as to the Chiemsee bike path you have within walking distance about 200 m from the house. By car you can reach us quickly via the A 8, exit Grabenstätt. From here you can reach the Chiemsee in about 10 minutes, the mountains in 20 minutes, the skiing area in 45 minutes, Salzburg in 45 minutes and Munich in one hour. Many leisure activities such as hiking, mountain biking, sailing, horseback riding or paragliding are in the immediate vicinity. Likewise, three wonderful golf courses and two glider airfields can be reached within half an hour.

The mentioned prices are valid plus spa tax of 1,00 EUR per person/night for persons from the completed 16th year of age for children from the completed 6th year of age until the completed 16th year of age 0,50 EUR per person/night. Children up to the age of six are free of charge. Holders of a severely disabled pass with a degree of disability of 80 out of 100 and their necessary accompanying persons are also exempt from spa fees.

BAB A 8, exit Grabenstätt, at the traffic circle take the 1st exit towards Grabenstätt/Winkl. After approx. 0.5 km turn right into Ringstraße.
Description of the accommodation
Welcome to our beautiful new vacation apartment! The apartment was newly renovated in the course of the overall renovation of the house in 2018 and equipped with great attention to detail. It is located in the basement of our private residence with direct access to the enchanting garden. From here you can also catch a glimpse of the Kampenwand and the surrounding mountains. The apartment has two separate bedrooms with a total of 4 beds, including 1 bed 1.40 m wide, a living room with TV, a kitchen with fully equipped fitted kitchen and dining area, a bathroom with tub and shower and a separate toilet. We are happy to provide bed linen and towels as well as a hairdryer and an iron. Of course there is also a WLAN connection with free guest access in the house.
