Enjoy the nature and simply let your soul dangle. In our vacation cottage in the middle of the Ruhpolding mountains you can experience the best sides of life. Whether easy hiking, more challenging mountain tours, bike tours, cross-country skiing, skiing fun, swimming fun or an adventurous day in the amusement park. All activities are either feasible directly from the hut or can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Enjoy the sun and the tranquility on the two terraces and watch the farm's own sheep on the meadow. Deposit: After booking, 30% of the booking price must be paid to the host within 10 working days. The host will inform you about the bank details in a mail. The remaining amount of the booking price is then to be paid in cash on departure.When booking for 3 or more people, please note that the sofa bed is to be used as a pull-out couch in the living room (passage room) with.
Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. terms/extras
The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

Description of the accommodation
Our vacation chalet is situated in a quiet and idyllic location next to a mountain stream and our farmhouse. From the two terraces you have a direct view of the meadow where our sheep are allowed to enjoy the summer. The hut is furnished in a rustic style and equipped for one to three persons (on request 4 persons possible). A separate kitchen and a separate dining area invite you to spend nice evenings. The bedroom with double bed is also separated from the living room with sofa bed. However, for bookings of 3 persons or more, please note that the pull-out sofa bed in the living room is used as a sleeping place. (Living room = passage room)
