Our beautiful, sunny holiday apartment in the middle of the city villa Salzburgerstr. 27 is centrally located in the district St. Zeno directly at the Karlspark. The pedestrian zone with Kurpark/Gradierwerk, Kurmittelhaus der Moderne, railway station, various restaurants and shops and shopping facilities are within walking distance. The house offers the use of a coin washing machine or coin dryer in the cellar. An underground car park is available for you. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and can be reached via a lift. Pets are not allowed. Bad Reichenhall and the surrounding area offer hikers and cycling enthusiasts many possibilities to switch off. Thus nothing stands more in the way of a wonderful stay. We are looking forward to your visit.

Arrival Description
By train: Main railway line Munich-Salzburg, change in Freilassing direction Berchtesgaden (every hour); partial direct connection from all over Germany possible. By car: Motorway Munich-Salzburg, exit Bad Reichenhall. By plane: Salzburg Airport (approx. 15 min. drive to the apartment). Munich Airport: continue by S-Bahn München-Ost and continue as described above. From Bad Reichenhall you can easily reach the surrounding area without your own car. There are good bus connections and a tram line to Salzburg and Berchtesgaden. You can reach both in 5 minutes on foot.
Description of the accommodation
The bright holiday apartment with balcony and view of the sermon chair measures approx. 35 sqm and offers space for 2 persons. The apartment contains a hallway with a spacious wardrobe. The separate kitchen with its own dining area is equipped with an induction 2 plate hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, enough dishes, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. The combined living/bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, a couch with a side table, cable TV and WLAN. The balcony is equipped with a table and 2 chairs. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided free of charge once per stay. You can reach the apartment comfortably by lift. An underground parking space is available for you.
