Our family-run farmhouse from 1746 is located in a quiet, sunny location on the outskirts of the village and is an ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours. It has three different vacation apartments, from small to large and has been lovingly furnished in country house style. Whether terrace, sunbathing area or large playground, old and young feel at home with us. Enjoy the special atmosphere when you sit under the pear tree on the terrace, enjoy the view on the balcony or relax in the garden under the apple trees. We look forward to seeing you!
Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. terms/extras
The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

Arrival Description
Coming from the A8, drive through Ruhpolding or the tunnel, at the traffic circle in the direction of Reit im Winkl, at the traffic lights turn left into Zellerstraße, after the Traun bridge turn left again into Miesenbacher Straße. Follow the road until you reach the district Vordermiesenbach.

Description of the accommodation
Spacious vacation apartment on the 1st floor with access to the balcony, terrace and garden. It has an eat-in kitchen, living room with very comfortable murphy bed (on demand) and separate bedroom. Garden, balcony and terrace are at your free disposal. Many different seating areas provide relaxation or entertainment, just as you like! Ideal starting point for relaxing hikes or bike tours.
