Information about the host
Central yet very quiet location, directly at the Aschau spa gardens and the Prien river. To the Kampenwandbahn, to the shopping facilities, to the restaurants and to the train station it is approx. 15 minutes or 800 m on foot. Bus stop in all directions a few steps away. Washing machine in the cellar for free use and storage room for skis, bicycles etc. available. An underground parking space is reserved for your car. Dogs and pets are not allowed.

Ideal starting point for beautiful walks along the Prien river and for hiking tours to the surrounding mountains such as Kampenwand and Hochries. The Kampenwand cable car takes you up the mountain for hiking in summer or skiing in winter. Many bike tours in the entire Chiemsee/Chiemgau region by e-bike.

Description of the accommodation
Enjoy your stay in a spacious and light-flooded apartment on the top floor of a well-kept apartment building. The apartment on the 2nd floor, accessible via a wide staircase, offers a cozy, rustic atmosphere with lovely details that invite you to feel at home. Relax in the sunshine on the south-facing balcony, which offers a beautiful view and floods the open-plan living space with natural light. The living area impresses with a spacious seating area and a dining area under a bright skylight - perfect for shared meals and relaxing moments. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, fridge and freezer leaves nothing to be desired and makes cooking a pleasure. The wooden ceilings and the electrically operated tiled stove give the apartment a particularly cozy ambience that invites you to relax. The separate bedroom with sloping ceiling is furnished with a double bed and a single bed, making it suitable for both couples and families. A spacious entrance living area with a pull-out sofa bed offers an additional sleeping option. Bathroom with shower/bathtub and two washbasins, and a separate WC for added convenience. Please note: There is no WiFi available in the apartment, however there is a free hotspot in the immediate vicinity. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
