Arrival Description
The journey takes place over the A8 up to the exit Bad Reichenhall. Then take the B21 to Bad Reichenhall and continue on the B20 via Bayrisch Gmain, Hallthurm and Bischofswiesen to Berchtesgaden Bahnhof. At the big traffic circle take the exit towards Königssee. The vacation apartment Deml is located, on the right side, in the Königsseer Straße 26 1/2.

Description of the accommodation
On 65sqm the rooms are ideally arranged: 1 bedroom with double bed, which is large enough to possibly put a crib the living room is a multi-functional room with pull-out (double) couch, 2 comfortable armchairs and table (so it can also be used as a 2nd bedroom) in addition, another bench, chairs and dining table provide the ideal setting for an extensive breakfast or dinner in the family circle. In the small kitchen is fully equippedwith a small dining area for breakfast. The bathroom is combined with shower and toilet and is generously equipped with cabinets and shelves, as well as hairdryer and vanity mirror. The rooms face south and from the large balcony the view of the Watzmann is exactly what you would expect from a vacation in Berchtesgaden. Here you can enjoy the sun all day on loungers or garden furniture, listen to the sound of the Königsseer Ache and look at the lush green chestnut trees in the garden.
