A warm welcome to our - now in the 3rd generation managed - house in a beautiful, quiet south-facing slope at the foot of the Zellerberg. Three comfortably furnished, differently sized vacation apartments await you. Our spacious south/east balconies with unobstructed mountain views - to our local mountain, the Rauschberg, as well as in the distance to the Loferer Steinberge in Tyrol/Austria - invite you to relax and unwind. The 18-hole golf course, cycling and hiking trails and extensive cross-country skiing trails are in the immediate vicinity, tennis courts, indoor tennis courts, riding stables and shopping facilities are also not far away. Free parking at our house is a matter of course, as well as free W-LAN.
Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. So you can experience the region to the full and at the same time be surprised by the many free offers. We will be happy to send you further information and the detailed terms of use on request.

terms/extras
The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

Arrival Description
Coming from the A8, drive through Ruhpolding or the tunnel, at the traffic circle exit Reit im Winkl, at the traffic lights turn left into Zeller Straße, follow the main road, in the district of St. Valentin turn left, after the church again left then the next street immediately right in.
