Newly renovated and family-run house with 50 years of tradition located in the quiet, sunny district of Zell. With us, Bavarian is still spoken and we also live in the same house. Hiking and biking trails are literally at the doorstep. Shopping possibilities and solid, Bavarian gastronomy are in the immediate vicinity. Valuable tips and suggestions for tours and shop talk are a matter of course. In winter our apartments are perfect for cross-country skiers and hikers, in summer you can start right from the front door with cycling and hiking trails in our beautiful surroundings. Up to the entrance in the Ruhpoldinger cross-country skiing net it is onlyca. 50 m. Check-in from 2 p.m.-Check-out until 10 a.m. Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. terms/extras
The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 euros per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 per child/young person aged 6-15 per night. No visitor's tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

Arrival Description
Freeway A 8 Munich-Salzburg, exit Siegsdorf, direction Ruhpoldingl. At the traffic lights in Ruhpolding turn left into Zellerstraße. Follow the sign "Zell" for another 1,4 km. After the church we are the 3rd house on the left, No. 19.

Newly designed vacation apartment for 1 - 3 persons. Separate kitchen with south-facing balcony and high-quality, modern kitchenette with dishwasher, induction stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and other small appliances.
