Enjoy the most beautiful weeks of the year in the beautiful surroundings of our Bavarian-style vacation home. The house is idyllic and quietly located by a stream, also in close proximity to the golf course. The apartment has a balcony, in addition, the use of the lawn in the garden is possible at any time. A TV is of course also available. The town center can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. Biking and hiking trails, cross-country skiing trails and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. terms/extras
The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 euros per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 per child/young person aged 6-15 per night. No visitor's tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

Description of the accommodation
Our cozy vacation apartment on the upper floor is furnished with lots of wood and combines upscale living comfort with Bavarian coziness. The apartment is 47sqm and suitable for two to three people. Facilities: east balcony, living room with couch, sitting area with flat screen TV, WLAN, separate bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels are of course provided.
