Well-kept house with upscale furnishings in a very quiet, central and well-kept residential area with a wonderful view of the mountains. 5 minutes' walk to the orthopaedic children's clinic, railway station, pub with beer garden and cafés, shopping facilities and church. Beautiful walks in the immediate vicinity for all seasons. You can choose from numerous hikes or e-bike tours in the surrounding mountains. One excursion destination, our local mountain, the Kampenwand, can be easily reached with the Kampenwand cable car. By car you can explore the entire Chiemsee/Chiemgau region as far as Berchtesgaden in just a few hours. Cot, high chair, changing mat in every flat. You are welcome to bring a dog for an extra charge. Washing machine and tumble dryer can be used in the house for a fee. Lockable garage for bicycles with charging facilities. Holiday flats partially accessible for disabled persons: wide stairs and doors, very good mobility. Not for wheelchair users!

tourism tax / plus tourism tax The prices are exclusive of tourism tax of 2,00 EUR per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,80 EUR. Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.

Arrival Description
Motorway A8 Munich/Salzburg, exit Frasdorf/Aschau. Drive into the village of Aschau over the ‘Prien’ bridge, turn left towards Bernau, at the traffic island immediately turn left again next to the ‘Kampenwand’ inn into Wiesengrundstraße. After approx. 200 metres turn right into Ahornweg, you will find us at the far end on the right.
