Enjoy the idyllic residential location between mountains, castle and river in a bright, modern flat in country house style (new building 2011). Pure peace and relaxation and at the same time close to town: only 5 minutes walk to the tourist info, spa gardens and shops. Look out over the fantastic mountain panorama of Kampenwand and Zellerhorn. You live in a quiet residential area without a disturbing through road. You can hear the chirping of birds from the adjacent forest. The holiday flat is attached to a detached house and forms a completely separate residential unit with its own staircase and parking space.
Environment description
The river Prien and the dreamlike view of Hohenaschau Castle invite you to take a walk. Cycling and hiking trails run right outside the front door. The valley station of the Kampenwand cable car is a 10-minute walk away.
About the host
In consideration of allergy sufferers, smoking is not allowed in the flat (except on the balcony) and pets are not allowed. It is possible to rent snowshoes and sledges.

By car incl. sat nav: enter Ganghoferstraße 18, 83229 Aschau altenativ orientate yourself in Aschau at Bahnhofstraße (main street), turn right into Schulstraße, left into Zillibillerstraße, at the end turn right into Ganghoferstraße. By train: Munich-Salzburg train connection - from Prien station to Aschau with the Chiemgaubahn. We offer a free pick-up service from Aschau station.
