Sunny, quiet location directly on the Prien with a beautiful mountain view of the Kampenwand. Children are very welcome here. The use of the garden with the sunbathing lawn invites you to relax. We have a bicycle shelter for your bicycles. Car parking space at the house. We have solar power at the house and offer a free charging station for your e-car and e-bikes at the house. Conditionally handicapped accessible / wheelchair, please inform yourself before booking if the flat is suitable for your handicap.
Environment description
We are an ideal starting point for many cycling tours, hikes and walks. The orthopaedic children's clinic, various restaurants and cafés, shopping facilities and the railway station with bus stop are only a 10-minute walk away. Excursions to Lake Chiemsee with a boat trip to Fraueninsel and Herreninsel, with the cable car to the Kampenwand, Hohenaschau Castle and all the sights around Chiemgau.
