Stabiler Sonnenschirm war vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr gut. An das Gebäude 16 Etagen, Wohnung in der 15. Etage muss man sich erst gewöhnen.
Parkplatzsituation ist äußerst angespannt. Parkhaus ca 400 m entfernt recht teuer. Dafür kann aber Vermieder nichts.

A vista do quarto é fabulosa, as instalações são muito boas. A possibilidade de acesso direto à praia foi uma boa ideia.
