The apartment has soundproof windows, so there is not much noise from the outside.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.
Spacious sunny living room with table and chairs, comfortable sofa and TV Main bedroom with a comfortable double bed Second bedroom with two single beds Two complete bathrooms (one en-suite) Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster etc.) Washer, iron, ironing board Air Conditioning Heating WIFI Linen and towels provided Baby cot/crib upon request Elevator in the building Guests are provided with a 24-hour emergency number for any problems that may arise Guests are asked to call upon arrival to Barcelona Airport IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Check-in: from 15 p.m. (flexible) - Check-out: before 11 a.m. (flexible) - Strict no party policy. - 300€ refundable security damage deposit - Additional: Barcelona city tax 6.88€ per person per night (max 7 nights) - Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight. - The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day.
If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment. - If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.
