If you are looking for a brand new luxury holiday home with private pool (6 large stairs in the pool, 4x10m until 2,70m depth) with panoramic view on a large and delightful golf course, then you have found the most peaceful and most exquisite urbanisation in the world, Sotogrande, on the Costa del Sol. This is a beautiful area with extensive sandy beaches, lush vegetation, a beautiful pleasure port and a lot of other leisure facilities.
A 160m2 partly covered and open terraces offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea, of the natural surroundings, and of the hills.
This terrace allows access to a marvellously kept garden with more than 25 adult palm trees and oleanders, where the evenings can be enjoyed thanks to the beautiful lighting which creates a magical atmosphere out of the Thousand and One Nights. A refined, luxurious and tastefully decorated holiday home with an excellent price/quality ratio.
There is a design kitchen and a spacious, surprising and uniquely fitted living room.
The 2 delightful bathrooms are both done up in pale travertine roman marble with a massage jet. The exceptional wrought-iron staircase takes you to the luxurious downstairs lounge with, next to it, a 4° bedroom with desk and small library, where one can also seclude and unwind.. Ideal for those who want some privacy or need to work. Interesting info: In the living/dining room there is a powerful air conditioner, which is designed to make the corridor to the 3 bedrooms cooler as well.
If desired, in the evening/at night, the windows can be tilted to let in the night-time coolness.
Because the ground floor, at the level of the swimming pool, is underground on one side and all windows can be tilted, there is always a pleasant coolness.

Fantastic outdoor activities for the hike family in this resort from the grandparents through to the toddlers.
