The first floor, independent from the ground floor, accommodates up to 6 people. It consists of a large entrance hall with fireplace and a spacious and bright kitchen equipped with all comforts including dishwasher and microwave overlooking the surrounding green landscape; terrace equipped with barbecue, table, chairs and sofas to enjoy life in the open air. Three air-conditioned double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower complete the flat.
Pets are allowed on request with extra charge.
An ideal place to relax in the tranquillity of nature without renouncing the proximity of the neighbouring tourist centres: Formia for shopping, the tourist port and the ferries to the islands (Km.12); Gaeta with its sandy beaches equipped for bathing, the green park of Monte Orlando and the monuments of the historical centre (Km.13); Sperlonga with its characteristic historical centre and the archaeological sites (Km. 10). Just over an hour from Rome and Naples.
