The private chlorine pool has a size of 5m x 4m and a depth that varies from 1.15m to 1.5m and there you can swim in the middle of the mountains. After a refreshing swim, two sun loungers invite you to sunbathe. Next door there is a small outdoor kitchen with a fixed barbecue, where you can prepare delicious dinners. The terrace is a beautiful place for outdoor meals with idyllic views of the towns of Fornalutx and Biniaraix. The plot is fenced and there are neighbors scattered around the area.
Inside, a comfortable living-dining-kitchen with air conditioning and satellite television awaits you. The kitchen is fully equipped and has electric hobs. In the laundry room, located on the terrace, you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The bedroom has two single beds, a fan, a wardrobe and an electric radiator for the colder months. A bathroom with shower serves the house.
A few minutes walk takes you to the picturesque town of Sóller, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The most emblematic building is the church of Sant Bartomeu whose beginnings date back to the year 1236. In Sóller there are very good restaurants, supermarkets and cafes, in short everything you need for an independent stay. By tram or bus you can go to Puerto de Sóller and its magnificent sandy beach, shops and bars. There are many beautiful routes and excursions around, but the most famous is a trip on the old train to Palma, passing beautiful landscapes, genuine towns until you reach the capital of Mallorca. The coves of the Tramuntana are mostly rocky, including Llucalcari, Cala Deià and Port des Canonge. Panoramic and very romantic routes guide you through the mountains, ideal for rides by car or bicycle. A car is necessary. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.

Wir kamen mitten in der Nacht an, nach einer schrecklichen Reise, und fanden den Besitzer bereits vor. Obwohl sie kein Englisch sprachen, teilten sie uns durch Gesten mit, dass wir im Can Fabiol willkommen waren. Am nächsten Morgen wurde uns klar, wie idyllisch unser Urlaub werden würde. Ein wunders...

Die Lage ist einfach atemberaubend, es ist fantastisch und friedlich, nur das Geschrei der Hähne, Schafe und Ziegenglocken ertönt von den Hügeln. Sie sind von Zitronenbäumen umgeben und die Aussicht auf Soller ist fabelhaft.
