It can accommodate up to 4 people. This typical Majorcan rural villa provides you with a tastefully furnished living room with a satellite TV, 2 double bedrooms with a panoramic view of the stunning backdrop of the mountains, 2 bathrooms and a well-equipped, open-plan kitchen with a dining area.
Facilities of the child-friendly and air-conditioned home also include Wi-Fi, a cot, a high chair (on request) and 2 parking places on the property.
The stand-out highlight is the outside area with its pool, a covered barbecue area, comfortable garden furniture and a spacious terrace with a spectacular view of the surroundings. The villa is located near a nature park where you can enjoy scenic walks.
The rural village of Calvià, is only 5 minutes by car. There, you can see the Mallorca untouched by tourism and enjoy a selection of typical cafes, bars and restaurants.
If you wish to visit the beach, Palmanova and Santa Ponsa beaches are just a ten minutes' drive away.
Here you will find more attractions and a livelier atmosphere.

Perfect base for a family of 4. Good size pool, not too deep great for younger kids. Quiet and secluded but easy to walk to town for drinks, tapas etc. 100% would come back.

We had a fabulous stay in Calvia. The villa was beautiful, really peaceful and private but also close to the town and amenities. It was also great to have the pool slightly separate for our kids. The hosts were really responsive to all questions and helpful when we had problems finding the villa. A fantastic villa and would highly recommend.

Wir hatten 12 schöne Tage in der Villa in Calvia. Das Haus liegt wunderbar ruhig, ist top ausgestattet und hat uns, insbesondere den Kindern, super gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!! Danke an Naika+Toni!
