If you are looking for peace and relaxation and also want to experience typical Ticino, the "Casa Silvia" in Scareglia is certainly the right place for you! Scareglia, a small, dreamy village in Valcolla, lies on a south-facing slope and is around 16 km from Lugano (SBB railway station). The holiday home itself is on the upper edge of the village in a quiet, unspoilt location. The view is marvellous and - if the sun is shining - you can enjoy it from morning till night.
The house consists of
the ground floor:
- Living room with warm-air fireplace, telephone, free WIFI, radio/tape/CD, colour TV with satellite dish
- Kitchen with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, espresso/coffee machine
- adjoining room with large fridge and separate freezer compartment (50 litres), microwave
- shower/WC
the upper floor:
- 3 bedrooms, each with 2 beds and 1 cot
- bathroom/WC with washing machine/tumbler combination
and of course a spacious surrounding area (approx. 800 m 2) with:
- Covered seating area with garden table
- Sun terrace with sunbathing lawn and garden table, deckchairs, parasol
- Garden fireplace with barbecue equipment
- Children's swing, sandpit, table tennis table
- 2 private parking spaces next to the house
