Aroeira Pool House, holiday home, located on the Costa da Caparica, 20 km south from Lisbon. The house is located less than 3.5km from a white sandy long beach coast, in a quiet residential area. In the neighborhood you will find cafes and small shops.
The holiday home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, including 2 bathrooms; 2 bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, including 1 bathroom.
The living room is divided into 3 areas. A sofa area with 2 sofas and the Flat Screen TV, the dining area, and the open kitchen area. In the corner next to the dining table, you find an open fireplace.
The completely renewed kitchen area is equipped with 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer, dishwasher. Outside on the patio you find the washing machine.
The house is set in a beautiful garden, surrounded by several terraces with 2 hammocks. Around the swimming pool you can use the sunbeds or if you prefer shadow, you can sit at a large table next to the barbecue area. On particularly hot days, you can put the sunbeds directly in the shallow area of the pool and leave your feet and hands dangling in the cool water.
In case you have had enough days lying by the pool or on the beautiful Costa da Caparica beach, you should visit Sesimbra, a small typical village with very good fish and seafood Restaurants. The fish market of Sesimbra is one of the best.
From Sesimbra you should drive in direction of the Serra da Arrábida, thru the Natural Park of Arrábida, and visit the Portinho da Arrábida, another very idyllic beach.
The road thru the Serra da Arrábida will offer you some of the most beautiful views over the coast and the Atlantic, including the Peninsula Troia.
To visit Lisbon you should plan at least 1 whole day.
